This award will be given to a travel brand that has made the most successful use of CRM which allowed you to increase the level of repeat visitors and/or boost revenues from your website.

- Efffectiveness of CRM function in managing leads, prospective customers, and existing accounts online
MARKETING AND INNOVATION AWARDS
Best Use of Social Media
This award will be given to a travel brand that has made the most successful use of social media outlets and techniques which raise
awareness of your brand and/or drive more traffic to your site.
Account will be taken of:
- Originality of social media use, such as podcasting,

Best Agency for Search Engine Optimisation
This award will be given to a digital agency that has made the most successful use of Search Engine Optimisation to improve the number and quality of visitors to a travel brand’s website.
Account will be taken of:
- Successful use of specific keywords to improve quality of visitor traffic
- Effectiveness of Search Engine Optimisation as a stand-alone service or as a part of a larger marketing campaign
- Use of landing pages
- Strategies and techniques employed, including quality of code and design
Best Agency for Website Design
This award will be given to an agency for creating a new website or work for a re-launched website for a supplier, portal, operator or agent.

BLOG AWARD
This award will be given to an individual UK consumer blogger who has achieved the greatest impact in the travel sector during 2007. This can be based on an increase in traffic or interaction, recognition in the wider internet community or the acclaim of partners or users.
NEWCOMER AWARDS
Best New Online Travel Company
This award will be given to a new company which has excelled in a new position related to online travel during 2007. Entries are welcome from across the industry, including online travel agencies, travel suppliers, tour operators, search engines, technology companies, and marketing and advertising agencies.
Rising Star of the Year
This award to will be given to one of the ten names selected in the list Rising Stars produced in the October 2007 edition of Travolution.

TRAVOLUTION ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
This award will be given to an individual who has had a significant impact on the online travel industry through their career.

All entries must be submitted online, via email to editor Kevin May at kevin.may@rbi.co.uk or by post to the address listed below by Friday 7 March 2008.
The Travolution Awards programme is administered by Travolution
The Travolution editorial and senior management team will make a preliminary assessment of the entries and create a shortlist for each category.
A committee of senior people involved in the online travel industry across operator, supplier and agency websites, search engines and technology companies, will then be appointed to review the entries and select a winner for each category.
The judges will retain the right to withhold an award in any category if, by mutual agreement, the entries are not deemed to be of sufficient quality to merit recognition.
The panel will also propose a special commendation in a category if required.
The judges’ decision is final.
