Here are just a few of the most frequently asked questions but if you have a query not answered below, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Who can submit an entry?

Entries can be self nominating or on behalf of entrant as long as the entry rules have been met. Entry rules as well as category criteria can be found on this website.


What is the deadline date for entries?

Nominations must be received no later than 5pm on Friday 1st July 2016.  Changes to submitted entries or supply of additional material is not accepted after the closing date.


Is there a fee to enter?

There is no cost to submit an entry or nomination.


How are the winners chosen?

A panel of industry judges will collate a shortlist for each award and a winner will be chosen in each category.  Finalists will be announced on this website early August and also via Travolution 

Only Travolution and judges view entries, no data is disclosed or published.


When will I find out if my entry has won?

The announcement of the winners will be made at the Awards Ceremony on Tuesday 29th November 2016.


What are the timings for the evening?

What is the dress code?

Business casual (no trainers).


When will I receive my tickets? 

An e-ticket will be sent by email directly to the person named as the contact by your Company when the booking was made, approximately 10 working days prior to the event . 

Please note, the e-ticket is strictly for guests' reference only, non transferable and is not to be printed for entry.  The guestlist display board will detail guests in attendance.  Please ensure the guestlist form is sent to no later than 18th November 2016 (the guestlist form link was sent automatically on the email confirming your  booking).  

How do I pre-order additional beverages?

There is half a bottle of wine included in the ticket price and these bottles wll be pre-set on each table. If you wish to pre-order additional beverages, an additional beverages pre-order form should be completed by your Company and sent directly to the venue.  This form will be sent to the contact who made the booking approximately 10 days prior to the event, at the same time of emailing the e-ticket detailed above.  There will be waiters on the night to serve beverage requirements not pre-ordered.

Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?

All special dietary requests must be received at least 10 working days prior to the event toy     Special dietary requests must detail those guests with any food allergies or require vegetarian, pescetarian or vegan meals. Please advise of any guests who eat meat but not fish. 

Any special dietary requests received later than 10 working days may incur charges and guest requirements may not be possible.  

How do I buy tickets for the awards ceremony?

Tickets are bookable online by clicking on 'Book Tickets' and completing the simple booking form. The online booking form will ask you to choose your payment type of either credit card or invoice (invoice option available will not usually be possible within 30 days prior to the event).  Invoices are to be  settled via bank transfer or cheque.
